Elena A. Miranda Foundation Pledges $500,000 to Nicklaus Children’s Hospital
The Elena A. Miranda Foundation has pledged $500,000 to the Patient Assistance Fund at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, helping families in need access critical medical care. In recognition of this generous gift, a section of the hospital’s lobby will be named the “Elena A. Miranda Marketplace.”
Founded by Carlos Fausto Miranda in honor of his late sister, the foundation is dedicated to easing the financial burdens faced by children battling serious illnesses. With all administrative costs covered by separate donors, 100% of contributions go directly to patient assistance.
